Got my unit and the instructions as usual were confusing and totally misleading. Thank God for Utube.
After finally figuring out how it was supposed to work the alarm lights and buzzer didn’t work for the inch pound ranging, but it worked for all of the other ranges. Well that really sucks since I bought it for inch pounds. Notified customer service and they replaced it with another one straight from the supplier. The replacement was exactly like the first one. So we agreed to end the process and
issue a refund with no hard feelings.
I will say that the customer service was very professional and hassle free. Thank You

Far as I can tell my example is over torque, checked against a few other torque wrenches, including snap on digital. 40 inch lbs on this meter is 50 inch lbs actual. So 20% out?? Not cool
