When I received the machine, 60 days ago, I had no idea how to operate it. I couldn't get it to cut anything. So I ask questions and they gave me answers. But I was still confused. I didn't know what a G-code was. I searched for information and found two FREE programs that convert BMP, dxf and some other configurations to a usable G-code for this machine. At first I was disappointed that I couldn't cut anything bigger than 1 1/2 inch square. Bit these programs can resize my clips to 15 inch square. The machine works like it was advertised to work. To make 3D cuts I have to purchase that software. I recommend this machine but I also recommend getting the free software if you're a beginner.

Assemblage pas très explicite et décalage au niveau des fixations du rail du routeur, qui demande à être alésé précisément pour finaliser le montage. Pour ceux qui ne disposent pas des outils adéquats, cela risque d’être compliqué.

When I purchased this 3 weeks ago, it worked great. Paid for itself in 2 weeks. Then it decided it wouldn’t connect to my computer anymore. I’ve done everything I can to troubleshoot it with no luck. Unfortunately, customer service is lacking. This is an urgent issue as I have orders stacking up and need to get it resolved. They claim they will have a specialist contact me within 24 hours. The only contact they have made was requesting information about the purchase and nothing else. There’s no phone number that I can find to call. I desperately need to get back to work and I’m twiddling my thumbs. The machine should be under warranty but here I am waiting for answers.

Very poor, definitely not worth the money. Hoping to send back to get a refund. Used various woods and cnc bits to try different things and doesn't do what is on the screen.

Incredibly hard to use, software doesn't help. If you don't know what you're doing, do not buy it.

I ordered this machine as a gift for my husband. He got the machine set up, tried to get it going and it sent up smoke. I purchased the warranty on it and the customer service is HORRIBLE. We have been fighting with them for a month to send the new part to fix it. Sent them all they needed and they keep bouncing back they need pictures. The machine started smoking hooked up to our laptop. Could've damaged our lap top too. Very disappointed I spent so much on this.

Nieuwe machine ontvangen en in elkaar gezet, ziet er robuust uit , echter de spindle draait niet, glaszekering gecheckt en doorgemeten van de 48v uitgang die de spindle moet voeden, ook met multimeter gemeten, 0 volt waar 48 volt moet komen, dus wss voeding defct of controller………tegenvaller !! Gemeld bij vevor, wacht nu op oplossing en ben teleurgesteld…….. Hoop dat dit adequaat en snel wordt opgelost !!
