I think is a good machine for the price

I bought this machine because of the reviews ok you tube. It was relatively easy to put together except there was no instructions for the wiring of which connection goes where. Also. After figuring that out and started to run it the lyl axis isn’t communicating with the lol axis so I haven’t been able to use it. I have contacted vevor for the pst month since receiving the machine every third day or so to described the problem and send videos 3 times, “all I get as a response is it will take about 24-48 hours to get back to me”. That has happened four times now. Idont know what else I can do to get help about this. Very frustrating to not be able to use this as an addition to my shop.

Spindle was broke when I got it but Vevor did make it right waiting on new spindle I'll let you know how it works when I get the new spindle

The assembly directions are poor even more so the electrical. The overall build is good and function well after you figure it all out. Also figuring out what software will drive the unit is a bit of a challenge too. Maybe it's all because I am new to the CNC world, but it's supposed to be a beginner machine.

Wasn’t too bad to assemble, there’s decent instructions for that part. The software / running of the machine lacks though. Also didn’t help that the x axis belt was wayyyy too tight and caused the motor to bind up. Took about a hour of deep diving to figure that out on my own and get it working. Customer service isn’t the best either with limited technical support.

I purchased this CNC assuming based on what i read it would be simple to set up and run.That was not the case . The build / assy of the CNC was relatively simple however the SW ( software ) to utilize the machine did not work in fact tthere was nothing on the USB provided . As many of us doing wood working we do not have the latest and greatest equipment and so when i tried to set up the CNC with my older MAC it did not work , we had to go in several and i mean several options to find out how we could down load the SW which took 4 to 5 hours ( yes 4 to 5 hrs) . once the SW was installed i was able to move the arm in all directions. however now i want to use it and it did not come with information for the first time users and hence that is where i am stalled out , going onto youtube to find out how to use machine. for anyone wanting to buy a CNC and not a programmer or never used one before do you self a favor and do research and learn how and what to do before you get this or any machine . So i am not sure how it works to run anything at this point so hard to advise on its ability. Good luck to any and all hope you have better luck than i did .
