Après achat de la machine on ne me l'a même pas livré. J'ai dû me déplacer dans le 77 pour la récupère moi même alors que j'habite dans le 91.
À réception et après ouverture de la machine celle-ci paraissait comme étant déjà utilisé (carton mal fermé, rayures apparentes sur la machine et machine qui fonctionne pas)
Malgré tout j'essaye de la mettre en marche celle-ci ne refroidi pas la glace est liquide et fait un énorme bruit.
Perte de temps et perte d'argent également.
Et avec tout ça et vidéos à l'appuie vevor ne me donne aucune réponse en ce qui concerne ma demande de retour du produit en sachant que je suis encore dans les délais de rétractation.

Ne fonctionne pas 1 semaine que j’ai la machine elle ne fonctionne pas et on me fait tourner en rond pour ne pas me rembourser je suis professionnel j’ai investi 900€ dans une machine et je rate pleins d’événements car ils font exprès de prendre leur temps à m’envoyer des guides d’instructions alors que je leur explique que la machine ne fonctionne pas que je veux un remboursement et effectuer un retour. De plus impossible de les contacter pas de numéro de téléphone et sur le chat en ligne on parle des Intelligences artificielles ALORS FUYEZ

The machine was working fine only for 2 days. After 2 days of usage one of refigerant pipes just got broken and all of refigerant gas leaked.
After contacted with customer support, they did not suggest and repairing service or replacement of device. Just suggested me some money back and requested me to call some expert who is fixing the pipe issue and filling up with gas.
This happened and the expert mentioned that temperature of the compressor within the machine is exremely high (>100 °C), which is not normal as well as the compressor is shaking some much within the machine and most probably this caused the pipe breaking.
Now I requested to the machine get completely replace as per it cannot be repaired due to there is no possibility to buy a new compressor to the machine.

I received the unit 8 days after I ordered it. I was super excited to launch ice cream at my cafe. I set up the machine and followed the instructions. It made ice cream in less than 10 minutes and it was delicious, but that was short lived as 2 hours later the ice cream melted and it will no longer cool… I’ve tried to contact vevor but no one will call me or live chat to get a resolution. It’s 2 messages a day only back and forth and nothing is getting resolved. It’s 5 days since I reported the issue and all I’ve been told is to call a refrigeration tech to fix it… I paid for a new machine I don’t want to have to have someone come repair it before I’ve even sold my first cone!

Dovevo aprire un ristorante nuovo fast food non volendo spendere eccessivamente per una macchina da gelato soft professionale ho deciso di prendere questa macchina a soli 1300 euro. Il risultato è stato come dovevo immaginare molto deludente. Prima cosa macchina rumorosissima da non poter rimanere vicino più di qualche secondo, il prodotto viene piuttosto bene a non si riesce a regolare in consistenza. Guarnizioni che si consumano alla velocità della luce assistenza inesistente. E’ un anno che provo ad acquistare le guarnizioni nuove ma non si riesce a parlar con nessuno se non con risponditori automatici o chat virtuali. Sconsigliata a chi ha una attività ristorativa.
