Unlike the other tools I have bought from Vevor, this is a light weight home use unit. Its functional and software support was there for installation but would not last in a sign shop application. The constant stopping and starting of material will sooner rather than later, tear it apart. My use now is as a hobby unit for drawing and re-sizing patterns and some vinyl play so it will work but it is literally half the weight of my old 36 " but I stored it in the same box that the Vevor unit came in. It was also less than half the price.

Excellent machine, good value for the price. Easy to assemble. The included vinyl is very cheap and wrinkles easily. The software is very difficult to use.

The software is a little hard to use, but cutter is great.over all great value and a great product.

First of all the machine works wonderfully. The stand is easy to assemble and is sturdy enough for the machine. It was all well packaged. I'll admit I skipped the instructional CD, as I don't have a CD drive, but it wasn't complicated. The included vinyl rolls, as others have mentioned, are terrible. They wrinkle on their own backing. It would be nicer to have a single demo roll of higher quality included to test the machine with. But anticipating this, I had ordered high grade vinyl from a supplier when ordering this machine so I was good to go. Two small changes I would made to the machine are: flush-mounting the front ruler and warning sticker as rolled vinyl can get stuck on it as it passes through and ruin a cut. Also, having a second aligned ruler on the back side would make for easy alignment of the vinyl when loading. Minor things. Overall very happy with the machine and included accessories otherwise.

I have used this a cutter a couple of times to compleat large orders. The cutter worked flawlessly. It did what it was meant to do. Unfortunately the program was a little more complicated to manage around. I was having issues pairing the cutter with the program at first. Then to figure out how to send the project to the printer was another frustration. Once everything got figured out this cutter is a wonder it ass on to my business.

This is a great cutter and a great price. It was easy to set up. I wish the software was better. I knew the software was not great from past reviews. Workable, but not great.

Don't bother using the vinyl that comes with it. It's so thin it will frustrate you. The cutter itself is pretty good. The one improvement it could have is an optical lens that can read registration marks/crop marks. I was sorta bummed it won't work with cutting master software but the software it comes with works just fine! The cut width is a little tight if you want to do any big projects but it doesn't hold me back.

Included software did not work. I didn't get useful help from support. I was left having to buy software. I'm sure it was new but there were scuffs and scratches all over it.

Helaas een zeer teleurstellende ervaring met deze VEVOR snijplotter. De machine werkt niet betrouwbaar en het kost veel tijd om hem goed aan de praat te krijgen. De meegeleverde software is bovendien niet gebruiksvriendelijk en voelt verouderd aan, waardoor eenvoudige taken onnodig ingewikkeld worden. Wat voor mij extra tegenviel, is dat de klantenservice van VEVOR het probleem niet heeft kunnen oplossen. Ondanks contact met de ondersteuning bleef een werkbare oplossing uit. Pluspunten: Stevig frame Groot werkbereik Minpunten: Werkt niet betrouwbaar Software is onoverzichtelijk en gebruiksonvriendelijk Installatie en configuratie kosten veel tijd Ondersteuning heeft mijn problemen niet kunnen oplossen Conclusie: Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik deze snijplotter niet aanbevelen. De combinatie van matige software, technische problemen en onvoldoende ondersteuning maakt dit voor mij een miskoop.

Joli produit, en revanche impossible de la faire reconnaître par le PC, problème de pilote dans le logiciel signmaster, logiciel version antérieur au plotter, ce n'est pas les bons pilotes, problème toujours pas résolu, donc déçu, impossible de m'en servir
