I bought this plotter cutter for plotting and cutting sewing CAD patterns. It performs reasonably well for its price, but quality control and customer service have been disappointing. BUILD QUALITY The packaging arrived in good condition, but the machine had several defects: - Poorly finished aluminium supports. - Dents in both paper roll support poles. - A deep cut in the white cutting strip, preventing proper cutting in that area and leaving approximately 28 mm of unusable cutting width. These defects are unacceptable in a new machine. PERFORMANCE AND SOFTWARE Plotting and cutting accuracy are acceptable for my sewing patterns. The dual-blade system is convenient, but a cheaper single-blade model may achieve similar results. SignMaster can pause for a tool change and return to the origin, provided the material remains in position. The machine supports HPGL and DMPL. SignMaster appeared to use DMPL by default. Both formats offer interesting possibilities for generating files programmatically. U-DISK support is a potential advantage, as it should allow files to be loaded directly from a USB drive. However, I have not figured out how to execute files this way, and the documentation is unclear. Laser alignment would also simplify positioning and setting the origin. I have not tested vinyl cutting or Linux compatibility. Users report success with InkCut under Linux, and I intend to investigate further and share my findings on YouTube. WOULD I RECOMMEND IT? The machine does its job, but compare alternatives from PixMax, VersaCut and Nagano before buying. Check each model's specifications, warranty and spare-part availability. Long-term durability remains unknown. Unless you specifically need dual blades, a cheaper single-blade model may be sufficient. CUSTOMER SERVICE VEVOR's ordering system selected the wrong postcode. Support suggested collecting the machine from the incorrect address in exchange for a 30% refund, although the address did not exist and I have no vehicle. I eventually resolved the delivery issue myself through the carrier. After discovering the defects, I requested a replacement. VEVOR would only send one if I destroyed the existing machine and provided photo or video evidence. I refused because destroying a potentially repairable product goes against my principles when returning it should be an option. After repeated emails and delays, I gave up and kept the machine rather than waste more time. FINAL VERDICT Four stars because the machine performs adequately and the dual-blade system is useful. You get reasonable functionality for the price, but the defects and poor after-sales experience have undermined my confidence in VEVOR. I would consider a cheaper single-blade alternative, but **I would not order directly from VEVOR again**. A local seller or marketplace with a straightforward return process would be preferable.

Compramos esta máquina de corte y las veces que la hemos utilizado tiene una relación calidad/precio estupenda. Añadir que los vinilos que vienen con la compra de la máquina son de muy mala calidad e inservibles, pero con unos buenos vinilos la máquina es perfecta.

Super schnelle Lieferung, danke. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, geben die Postboten sich wie immer keine Mühe, vernünftig mit den Paketen (Gegenständen) anderer umzugehen. Den entsprechenden sind vorm Aufbau schon Kratzer An dem Gestell. Der Maschine geht's (vom optischen Zustand) soweit gut. Muss sie nur noch testen. Die beiden Rollen haben sehr gelitten (Schuld vom Postboten ) Wäre ich zuhause gewesen hätte ich das Paket so nie angenommen. Es wäre nur super wenn ich die beiden Rollen ersetzt bekommen könnte. Die paar Kratzer find ich jetzt nicht so schlimm.
