Heb het niew model gekocht. Gemakkelijk te gebruiken maar na 2 weken gaat hij voortdurend in overheating protectie en valt uit Spuwt ook gigantisch veel roet uit Kortom zijn geld niet waard

Recieved heater with seized fuel pump. Lucky I have a basic understanding of mechanics and was able to trail and error some things. After troubleshooting for a few hours I was able to figure it out. I was refused a return so I fixed it myself but I would never rebuy again.

I bought this diesel heater,, and the directions are not good at all. Very very confusing. I reached out to Vevor for simplified operating directions but no luck. I will not buy this heater again and based on the customer services I never got from Vevor, I may not purchase anything else from Vevor again. Not happy at all with Vevor

Had trouble from day one with this lemon of first heater Manual is lot to be desired support just does song and dance final issue fuel pump quit. 2-3 days before anything happens -21 here need something reliable not this piece of crap❗️❗️❗️❗️

It has been a month, and I never received the item, so I don't know why I'm being asked to review it, but I do expect a refund.

Purchased just a couple months ago to replace my 8kw vevor from last year, which was overkill for my tiny teardrop trailer which I live in full time, so I was expecting the 2kw to be the perfect downsize. It functioned like a dream day in and day out until one day, billowing white smoke from the exhaust, error 10 messages, auto shutdown. I tried everything the instruction manual and the internet could suggest; I bought a new glow plug, cleaned the combustion chamber, switched from the AC plug to the DC plug, I even bought a bigger Jackery to run it off of. Still billowing smoke, still errors, still shutdowns. The only thing I can think of causing this would be that I was running it on its lowest setting for 48hrs+ at a time, since I’m only trying to heat 36sqft of poorly insulated trailer and it’s much more electrically efficient to run it consistently than turning it off and on again. But it’s been quite a cold December, even by hardy New England standards, so I wonder if I just didn’t give the machine a chance to ‘clear the pipes’ at a higher setting perhaps there’s just too much built up carbon in some area I can’t get to to clean it. Either way, I am disappointed in the short space of time this issue crept up in, and that I haven’t been able to fix it in all my efforts and other investments. Now I’m back to using my old 8kw from last year, which also leaks and blows in hot diesel-y air straight into my home and gives me quite the headache, but I’ve got to use it until my new order of another new heater arrives.

Heater never worked out of the box. Keep getting E-8 and E-10 errors

Shipped me a faulty product, twice now. Once on eBay once on vevors website. First the fuel pump didn't work (straight out of the box, followed their instructions, still didn't work, used another one I had laying around and finally got it working only to have the glow plug fail after a mere 1 month of light use. Swapped it out with spare parts from my other failed heater (which came with a totally fried circuit board mind you) and still no luck. Customer service is non existent. The business model of his company is to sell faulty trash and hope you won't return it and then ghost you when you finally do try to return it.

J'ai examiné les éléments du contenu du carton et j'ai constaté qu'il manquait la gaine pour le tuyau d'échappement. Mais le plus grave est sur le câble électrique de l'adaptateur secteur. En effet, celui-ci est partiellement détérioré au niveau de la prise. Il met donc impossible de connecter le produit sous peine de graves conséquences ! Je suis donc très déçu de la marque Vevor au niveau du contrôle qualité.
