I watch the nice video online I thought I was ordering the side vent heater I got a bottom vent heater when I complained online they offered me $28 off my bill to accommodate me for having the wrong heater the bottom vent will not work in an RV that's why I wanted the side vent and I never did see my $28 credit so I still have a heater that I cannot use and you said you wouldn't do anything they told me that the case was closed

Junk , just over a month old and it shut down and won't fire due to ignition failure , I use premium fuel too, when it was delivered , they dropped it at the wrong address , was told I would be compensated because I had to walk half a block to pick it up from someone else's steps , if the delivery driver would have notified me I could have told him he was at the wrong house , but he sent a picture after he left , he could have knocked on the door or maybe rang the door bell , the the people there could have told the idiot he was reading the address wrong , also wrong manual In the box , wow what kind of business is this .

Il n'y a aucun thermostat, le chauffage tourne en permanence malgré le réglage. Est-il intégré ? on ne sait pas. Faut-il en adapter un ? on ne sait pas.
