Followed directions, got everything in place and got the power button. It started nicely, ramped up and was blowing great heat for about ten minutes. After that it stopped blowing and said startup failure. I’ve yet to get it started again. Fuel pump working, glow plug tested good etc. it’ll go through start up procedure, you’ll hear combustion for a few seconds then nothing and gives error of E10 fail to start or E8, check oil level. Fuel level is full. Dealing with customer service has been uneventful. Keep requesting videos of it not working so I sent one. Just want my return info and money back for a faulty product.

I haven't received it yet. Ordered middle of dec. And haven't received it yet.

I used this product 5 times. I was very pleased until on the 5th day within 30 minutes of firing it up an awful smell of burning plastic filled the room. I unplugged it and moved it to the center of my patio and waited for it to cool off. I haven’t filed for the warranty yet but I will

I recieved this heater and within a week it was backed up with soot we cleaned it up put in the new glow plug it ran for an hour a sent up a code. Completely backed up. We had enough of it and we are very disappointed with this product.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Barely used the heater at all, a little less than one tank of fuel, stopped working and got an error code. Returning it has been very annoying waiting to here back to continue with my return.

I never received the diesel heater I ordered back in October. I've had a couple of back and forth inquiries with Customer Service and was eventually advised it was lost in transit. I've tried to initiate a refund a couple of times, but the refund screen wants a file attached. When I attach a PDF file of my customer service conversation, I get a pop up stating unacceptable format. I am quite frustrated with Vevor, and will not shop with them again unit this is resolved.

First thing....I put fuel in and it started leaking....Pulled it apart to find a piece of metal shaving in the fuel pump ....Was running the unitandit suddenly stopped and began smoking after only usingit for a shortperiod ....Fixed it and had it in my home and noticed a strong diesel smell ....The fuel tank has a small Crack and dripped diesel all over the whole unit and wasn't discovered until the smell was overwhelming ....Taking it out of the box and I sliced my finger to the bone on a decal on the outside cover of the unit because it's a soft metal and sharp as a razor....Poor design with air output and exhaust just under it ....Looks good at first sight but looks will fool you on this one ....I contacted them and received a refund but that was it and never heard from them again....Even asked for maybe a coupon or a little something because of the complete hassle and was shut down completely....1 out of 5 stars ....Thanks Vevor for nothing

I want my money back didn't work longer then 1 day and shorted out busted now collecting dust and VEVOR is trash company they won't give me my money back they want me to send a video of the busted crap they sent me I sent them a pic that wasn't enough I guess they then dropped my claim ... what a bad company bad product all shit VEVOR = GARBAGE IN EVERY WAY

Would love to be able to us the product but can seem to get the accessory part that is required delivered. The heater came in 3 days the accessory part is now 10 days in and still no delivery. Tried multiple times to get an update on the delivery but you can only speak to automation no live person or phone number. There is no way of speaking with anybody from the company so there is no way of getting an update as to when the part is arriving. They use a very low quality delivery service and there's no way to get in contact with them either. Very frustrating can't read the product because I have not been able to use it it's been sitting at our house since the 24th of November waiting for the accessory part. Very poor customer service
