Bonjour, j'utilise cette glacière pour le transport de médicaments en injection 2 fois par an pour aller les approvisionner en voiture à l'étranger et lors de mes déplacements. Ces médicaments doivent être maintenus à une température stable de 5 à 8 degrés et ne doivent pas passer en dessous de 0 degrés. Le système m'a parut adapté à ce type d'utilisation et a fonctionné selon mon attente pendant 3 semaines, puis la température interne a commencé à s'élever jusqu'à atteindre 13 degrés bien sûr j'ai retiré mes injection avant qu'elles ne soient perdues (produit très cher !) pour les placer dans un réfrigérateur. J'ai laissé reposer le système plusieurs jours et fait un nouvel essai à vide cette fois-ci une fois stabilisée la température interne est à 11 degrés pour une valeur de consigne de 1 degré (cf photos ci jointes) la mesure interne est bien réelle, au thermomètre on mesure 12 degrés ! This $300 cooler arrived in a box with no bottom. The cardboard bottom was gone and the package was haphazardly taped on the bottom and held together with straps. There was a hole in the taped bottom upon arrival. The box was also shipped to me on its side despite several markings which way up as that’s important for refrigerator units. I sent a message to customer service and received an auto-reply saying I should get an answer within 24 hours. Several days later, no response received. This is my first and last purchase from Vevor

Having to have parts replaced already. Also have to disassemble it to take pictures of the inside of the unit for replacement part is not for the common person. Luckly i am an electrician and can do it but still, hoping this doesn't keep happening. Will keep yall posted.

Would be nice to see inside dimensions. Customer service sucks. Good luck trying to exchange for one you will be happy with!

Leider hat das Gerät nach noch nocht einmal einem Jahr einen Defekt und geht ncht mehr an, mir wurde eine Reperaturanleitung zugesendet. Dies funktioniert nicht, eine Gewährleistung findet aktull nicht statt. Ausser ein lächliches Angebot von noch ncht einmal 30% des Kaufpreises.
