After\n Almost one month and a 1/2 I contacted beaver due to not receiving item. Took a few weeks longer for them to determine just to return my money. So they borrowed my money for over a month and a 1/2, and gave me A $20. Voucher to use. but only have thirty days to use it bunch of bull.

I ordered this gun safe expecting a brand-new product, but unfortunately it arrived with shipping damage. The outer box was damaged, and when I opened it I found that Part DX1 was severely bent. The damage was not just cosmetic. The bent part would not sit properly at the bottom of the safe, and the mounting holes did not align, making it impossible to assemble the safe correctly. I contacted customer support and provided photos of the damage. Instead of sending a replacement part, they repeatedly offered coupons and suggested that I straighten the metal myself with pliers. I did not think it was reasonable to repair a brand-new product that arrived damaged. If you purchase this safe, inspect all the parts carefully before assembling it. I hope the company improves its quality control and customer service by providing replacement parts promptly when products are damaged during shipping.

Would not recommend. I willleave as that.

Terrible absolutely the shittest safe. Flat packed came with scratches all over it. None complaint in Australia. Do not waste your time with this item

Il prodotto è arrivato danneggiato e non funzionante. Ho contattato il servizio clienti il giorno stesso della consegna, inviando foto e richiesta di reso/rimborso, ma a distanza di giorni non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Ho quindi dovuto inviare una diffida formale per tutelare i miei diritti di consumatore. Esperienza purtroppo negativa, soprattutto per la totale mancanza di assistenza post-vendita. Aggiornerò la recensione qualora la situazione venga risolta.
