Terrible shipping and communication

Ordered this today n early September and tracking shows it was damaged in route and returned to sender. I was never notified of this and vector must just like to keep people money. I should’ve been notified and either a refund or another I stand sent out, but nothing.

This tripod will not hold the Vevor 369 degree laser level straight. The Head will not tighten enough to keep it straight. If you are buying it for a laser , don't waste your money.
