Very hard to start when it is warn. I give up. If I could return it I would. I miss my old Husqvarna.

Drive sprocket gears stripped out after first use and vevor manual says there's no spare parts. I bought this product for the pole saw mainly so I'm pretty disappointed !

I received the Trimming Tool damaged. Contact customer service they said they will send new within 15 days. It is almost 25 days and nothing. Never going to use this web side.

So despite my better judgment I ordered the 6 in 1 trimmer hoping I could use the attachment parts with my echo trimmer and knowing the actual power head might not be the best quality. Well it all arrived in a box disassembled (no prob). I put it all together noting that many parts did not smoothly go together. It's like the machinist wasn't too precise but I got it done. I took it out mixed the fuel according to the startup procedures and gave it a few pulls and it started strongly and quit after about 2 mins and never started again. Well after exhausting my diagnostic skills I decided it wasn't worth my time and attempted to return it. ALL NEW HEADACHE...the return process wants you to upload a video, but it can only be mp4 or rmvb format and less than 50 mb. Anyone with a bit of digital savvy knows it's not the easiest process for the tech impaired to compress a video and change formats from the default camera setting. The chat bots are useless and the return can't be submitted without video. I've been operating lawn equipment my entire life. Do not buy this mess. Vevor has decent non motorized items, but don't expect quality or even functionality at such a low price.

I bought this combo unit and first the gear stripped out of the hedge trimmers. Before I ever got a replacement the same thing happened to the saw attachment. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. He’ll I’m still waiting on replacement parts I was promised weeks ago

It sucks,The gear in the trimmer head does not match the gear in the shaft to be able to connect the string trimmer head to the machine.Everything else fits together fine.

Having paid 239 euro for this product, it arrived damaged and unusable as the air filter housing was smashed and the packaging damaged. Having waited for a number of weeks, being told a replacement part was on the way, today I received an email saying they don't have the part in stock and offered 20 euro compensation to keep it, when I have spent 239 euro for an unusable item.......
