Looks good but my thing is it doesnt make very sharp truns .thinking of retruning it but dont want to pay for the shiping cost i can barely get it in the door to bring it to the house to stay warm during the winter time what’s it exactly what I hoped it would be by being used would’ve been to use outside to be able to get around the yard in the garden without getting stuck like I do in my wheelchair and be able to do the trimming other weeds and work in the garden

The unit arrived finally after a month, the metal casing around the scooter was damaged and pushed into scooter frame, attached is the pictures of the metal cage and damage to the scooter, the shipping company gardewine also took pictures of the metal cage and damage on scooter, I would think a deductions from the price should be applied to my credit card, the wheel bar for the tipping balance was also bent. But I will say that it is a beautiful unit, I just think you should find a better shipping option

I was notified when it was to be delivered. I got a call on the day of the delivery to tell me when they would be here. Delivered carefully. It was packaged well, I was very empressed how well it was packaged. After unpacking it it was in great shape. I’m happy with price , the delivery, and appearance. I would buy another one.

I've had roughly owned a dozen scooters in the ten years. 600.00---1000.00. they All said heavy duty and they were all junk compared to the Vevor lunar-q I have now. I bought this scooter for my brother, who is disabled. The first one arrived and did not work. However, I reached out to customer service and they replaced it. The replacement arrived and works perfectly. My only complaint is slow communication with customer service. The instruction manual seriously needs updated, and when I explained the issues with the support team they did not try to help resolve the issue. They instructed me to have a repair person come and look at it instead of trying to find out the problem themselves. It might have been a simple fix. But they chose to replace the item instead of troubleshooting. Overall I am happy with this scooter, it is very nice .

Happy with. But instructions and information could be better. Should have said "turn key to on then press in and hold". Still don't know if battery is charging and the dash icon always shows red block at the bottom - is that nearly empty or fully charged??
