Michael Brands Cuts good
The machine cuts well, and I can process several pounds of chicken quickly. But it's a pain to clean and the plastic blade shield is flimsy and will most likely break over time. Also the shield isn't remova making it only washable by sponge and towel.

I got the machine in 2 days. Tested it and it works well. Very satisfied. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there is one thing that I would hope that there will be more blade sizes available to buy separate for this machine because my restaurant required a 2mm, 3.5mm, and a 8mm. Overall this machine is good.

David Meat slicer
Works very well on raw chicken and steak, not cooked meat. Does NOT work well on fatty meats like sausage. The fat gets caught up between the blades and requires constant cleaning while using. Shreds lettuce very well as long as you insert in small amounts and not hard pieces.

Product is ok but , round parts between blades get rust next day, it is not stainless steel unfortunately, some cheap metal 3.2 mm which i cant buy anywhere from stainless steel
