Pictures and information are a complete misrepresentation of what you actually get. First, the blades on mine where damaged upon arrival (currently awaiting a response from Vevor) they have nicks, dings and chips on them out of the box. After I contacted them I went to use it to see if it even worked. (The chips in the blades definitely effect performance). Second, it will not cut meat as displayed in all of the pictures. I purchased this intended to cut ribeye into bulgolgi. Unfortunately, anything thicker than 1in will get struck forcing you to spend 5+ minutes to remove it. I tried cutting some pork belly, about 2in wide and 1in thick, got stuck every single time. The pictures clearly illustrate 2in+ thick pieces of meat but it jams up on even a 1in thick piece. cannot recommend for cutting meat into bacon or thicker pieces. Its only real use is to shred meat (phillie cheese stake style), or to cut it up into small pieces. That aside, it does work extremely well with vegetables such as onions/ lettuce/ peppers. I was able to cut up veggies for a stir fry very quickly. Cleaning was 50/50. cleaning the blades is a nightmare, unless you have a high pressure sprayer (which I do) so it took less than 5 minutes. The machine on the other hand, you cant remove the plastic clear cover easily, so its a hassle to clean that section. The 1* is largely on the fact that it cannot cut meat as thickly as illustrated, and is useless for cutting pork belly into bacon, or ribeye/others into bulgogi. I should have trusted all of the other 1* reviews.

My device was delivered inoperable. There was a button on the front that was broken out of the box. I contacted Vevor immediately and they asked me to send a video of the machine, then photos of the packing. I sent that over 12 hours ago and zero reply. I was terribly excited about using this...I showed several of my friends and all. Now...I feel stuck with a $200 paperweight. Vevor, please refund my money or send me a new machine.

the blades Jam when I put meat in it. they sent me a video on how to "fix" it and it didn't do anything at all.

Sent a video to your support team for a refund or replacement this one doesn't work.

This machine does not work at all - the instructions said to clean it by slicing cabbage, it cant slice cabbage. As soon as i tried feeding some cabbage into it, the blades stopped spinning. I tried even just one leaf of cabbage, again same problem.

Returned, didn’t get my money back.

There were no instructions and the nuts holding the blades onto the shaft were not tight and would spin freely and not cut the meat. Once tightened well it worked fine. There are two nuts. One is a left handed thread.

I don’t know why it get stuck to much and meat stick to blade had to use a knife between each blade. Doesn’t come with something to clean between them.

The product was good. But then i used it twice its perfect bit after it. The machine is dull. Cannot cut anymore. The meat always stucked and cannot cut anymore. Can ypu help me with this. Thank you very much for any help

Blades stop with slightest resistance. Contacted customer service who sent initial reply to send photos and video. Both srnt and now have not received response. I have purchased several items but due to this issue, probably will not buy from here in future as there seems to be no resolution to defective merchandise
