This ice makervstopped working properly as soon as we had our plumber install it. Emailed Vevor 3 times a day to get this icemaker fixed. They would not respond with any resolution. I sent them another email letting them know that I will be reporting them to the BBB and if no response for resolution, I will be filing a law suit. Also, they were supposed to have credit me $110 for the wayer pump I or the plumber didnt know how to install. We just raised the machine higher so the water could drain. Now 2 weeks later, they want me to return the ice maker and once they have it they will refund me. I have a hard time believing that I will get my full refund. Including shipping and product protection. I will never buy anything from VEVOR again Worst customer support ever.

je voudrais savoir si il y a possibilité d'avoir des cubes de glaçons car la machine à glaçons que j'ai reçu fait des blocs de glaçons qu'i faut ensuite casser avec la pelle à glaçons donc ce n'est pas pratique et cela engendre une grande perte de temps. Y a t'il un reglage à faire sur la machine à glaçons pour remédier à ce problème ? Dans l'attente de votre retour d'information

Abbiamo preso questo fabbricatore del ghiaccio che non ha mai funzionato (in 6 mesi di vita avrà funzionato 45 giorni!) fin dal suo arrivo la pompa non andava bene. Poi un bel giorno a settembre del 2025) non ha più funzionato non abbiamo mai ricevuto un'assistenza valida, efficiente: che risolva i problemi davvero pessimo servizio, pessimo prodotto.
