On the inside of the unit where the drain plug connects to the machine there is an annoying amount of water dripping out onto my floor. I’ve verified that the connection is not faulty or that there are no cracks at the point of connection. No issues there. For some reason it’s just leaking no matter what I try. I’m not gonna start taking it apart and then void whatever warranty it has. I sent Vevor the evidence to the website they wanted me to use, which wasn’t even their website it was so third party. I’m not happy with this process.

Clay Ice hopper size way overstated
Ice hopper much smaller than stated. I would say holds 5lb ice no more than 8lb ice. See picture of cooler of a full hopper of ice 8inch X 14inch cooler .

rightarm Works great, but came damaged!
Ice maker works great and was a great price. Unfortunately it came damaged during shipping and VEVOR would only offer a $100 coupon for the damage. Even bought the shipping protection they offer and all it did was redirect me to Vevors shipping claims. So don’t waste your money on the shipping protection.
Luckily this isn’t in a part of my house where it will be seen and I can live with the damage, as they gave me no other choice!
