The machine makes ice as it's intended, but the door is too small to get the ice out easily. Is doesn't make 160lbs a day when it's warm/hot outside, as stated in the description upto 100°F

Figuring out a drain was a PITA. But it makes plenty of ice. The bin holds quite a bit. Not sure if it's 30 pounds, but figuring out how to get it to drain was a bugger to figure out. It says under counter, but they should have a built-in sump pump in it to push the drain water to a level of at least a sink drain. I had to place it on a pedestal, then have a bucket below it with a $20 dollar sump pump from Amazon under it to get the water P-Trap. It was a way for them to cheap out on a simple solution that they could have placed in the initial build. Debated sending it back, but summer is here, and I need the ice.

Did not come with instructions or the accessories to connect water also no ice scoop

Bought this to use for a memorial service for my dad‘s funeral. We were having over 100 people and I didn’t wanna have to keep buying ice since we were doing it outside and it was hot. I’m also a business owner so it was a no-brainer that we could use this in the office. Put it out of the box, read the directions, set it up and nothing. After 24 hours of nothing we had a friend who has an HVAC specialist come and look at it to see if he could get it working before the service. After testing it and looking at it over, he determined that there’s an internal issue with the motherboard. I’ve tried for two days to get someone from VEVOR to help me with this issue to no avail. Would really like to keep this if it was working, but since it’s not, I would appreciate them sending me a new one and then I can send this one back in the box that the new one comes in. Time will tell what VEVOR decides to do.

Tried to get someone to help me with a problem with the ice maker and no one has got back to me.

The instruction manual, despite being like 25 pages long, is basically useless. I read it front to back three times and still haven't gotten this machine operating without a leak 2 weeks later. Instruction manual says "make sure to install everything properly" and gives you no instruction on what "properly" is, which is frustrating. There's no start up guide or installation guide. The manual also doesn't tell you that to use it just with bottled water, you need to cap the other water line or it will leak from the other line, and it doesn't come with a cap. Then it doesn't tell you what the thickness settings are, which are -7 to 15 (?????? who chose this scale??), and 15 will freeze up the entire ice tray. The manual also doesn't explain all the features you can set using the display, which is extra confusing because there are a lot of features I know I can access I just don't have a guide on it. You ALSO need a pump for the drain pipe if you don't have a floor drain, but it doesn't give you a compatible model or any info on what kind or how big or anything, and it is only gravity fed so you have to have the ice maker high enough up to gravity feed into the pump. The screw clamp for the drain pipe was so bad, I couldn't tighten it fully, and had to purchase one to replace it. The ice it did make before it started leaking for a third time looked nice, and I am sure if you were having a plumber hook it up who had dealt with this type of machine before, it wouldn't be so bad, but this was not a DIY friendly machine and I wish I had just spent the money on ice for the summer instead. Customer service still has not responded other than the chat agent telling me someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours on 5/29 and then reaching out on 6/3 to say they'll reach out in 48 hours. 6/8 and still no response. Needless to say, I'd steer away.

The water pump on it does not work. The only way to use it is if you hook up to direct feed. Was hoping to use it for camping but won't work without pump.

It was smaller then anticipated my fault there probably I think it could be a little better on the door size the drain tube for it to work good it needs to be sat on something so it would drain properly

Le sav est médiocre aucune réponse ou alors pas de suivi je ne sais pas où en sont mes demandes . Crêpière ne chauffe pas sur l ensemble de la plaque donc la crêpe ne cuit pas uniformément Les manche de la gaufriere n était pas dans le carton et maintenant la machine a glaçon qui rend l âme en pleine canicule . Et aucun appel du sav que des mails où ont me dis sans réponse de votre part on ferme le dossier ! Mais c est a vous de me répondre pas a moi !! Vraiment le choix de vevor me coûte finalement de l’argenté au lieu d en gagner . Je regrette .

This item arrived broken- we received it and installed it in our garage. Everything seemed to be working. We left it overnight and when we checked on it the next morning, it was warm inside and water was just flowing. We reached out to Vevor’s customer service and they suggested I call a local technician and pay for them to repair it. Now keep in mind this item is supposed to come with a 1-year warranty and I paid for an extended 3- year warranty and it arrived broken. When I explained this to Vevor. They offered me a $173 credit for an ice machine that I paid $350 for, that arrived broken and was under warranty. WTF?!! I’m told them no, that needed to send me a replacement and I would return this broken on. They told me that I would have to return this broken one first, then they would send me a replacement. Fine, okay I will do that, but I no longer have the original box, as we took it to the recycling center when we installed it not thinking that we would have an issue. So now I have to locate another box. To say I am disappointed in the customer service is an understatement. Vevor should stand behind their product and warranty and not offer such ridiculous solutions to a customer when their item arrived broken and not working. At this point I might just tell them to refund me whole order, Or I will just dispute the charge on my card. This has completely changed the way I view Vevor and if I want to buy from them in the future.
