Samir PURE SCAM! Brand New Trash!
Do NOT waste your money on this company! I bought a brand new ice maker and it arrived completely dead. It doesn’t work at all! When I contacted their customer service, instead of replacing it or offering a refund, they actually told me to BUY spare parts and fix a brand new machine myself! This is pure fraud and robbery.I asked for a full refund and told them to come pick up their broken garbage, but they are ignoring me and trying to force close my ticket. Absolute scammers with zero shame. Save your money and buy from an honest business. You have been warned!

Struggling Restaurant Owner Nightmare
130 funtów/24 godz. Kwadratowy lód Pojedyncze doprowadzenie wody
Got the ice machine installed and it broke within a week. The drainage pipe leaked onto the motherboard and fried it. I sent a support message to get told that I had to repair it, but the part was out of stock. Waited another 2 weeks for the new motherboard which just arrived broken. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY

Gwendolyn Van Allen Ice machine
I have emailed them. It will not suck water in so it won’t make ice unless you pour it in the little white Trey and no one has responded.

Vevor is not honest with their product. They referenced it works with bottled water, this is not true as their customer support is well aware of. The unit is garbage and cannot be installed. Does not work. And Vevor has not provided any assistance. If you need an ice maker buy elsewhere
