Nice unit...... very well made. Proved to be too short for a 15" mattress. I had to add a 12" aluminum extension . Works great.

Wir haben es für in die Ferien für eine erwachsene pflegebedürftige Person gekauft. Das Bettgitter lies sich einfach aufbauen, und für den Rücktransport einfach und Platzsparend 'zusammenfalten'. Der Gebrauch am Hotelbett war ohne Probleme möglich. Lediglich, für Ausstieg aus dem Bett mussten wir es jeweils entweder ganz an Rand Kopfteil schieben oder entfernen, da beim Herunterklappen die 'Rohre' oben doch noch eine offene Kante hatten, die beim Aufsitzen bzw. Umstieg aus dem Bett dann störend und unangenehm an den Beinen/Kniekehlen waren und der Pflegeperson in Weg kam. Wir würden es dennoch weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Artikel nichts zu tun, aber erwähnenswert ist die Lieferung. Der Artikel konnte leider nicht fristgerecht geliefert werden. Da wir es aber auf die bei der Bestellung angegebene Frist benötigt hätten, mussten wir Einiges Telefonisch und per Mail abklären und den Artikel dann auf der Fahrt in Urlaub bei DHL selbst abholen.

I purchased a bed rail in late April and it arrived a week or so later. The product was starting to fall apart within a month. I contacted the company to get either a replacement part or a new bed rail. I then responded to their request for information stating what the problem was and I also included pictures. They then sent me an email offering me a paltry sum (less than half the cost) for the defective rail. I emailed back my rejection of that offer, which I found insulting. I stated I wanted either a replacement part or a new bed rail. Now, in my opinion, they are playing games in sending me an email stating that because I DIDN'T respond to their email, they will be closing the matter out. I believe this is very dishonest on their part. I emailed again stating I did respond (the same day) and that, in my opinion, they are just trying to get out of making this matter right. If VEVOR does make it right, I will update this review. I, however, do not have high hopes after what I just went through with their customer service.

El artículo está bien y fueron rápidos en la entrega , pero no cubría mis necesidades. Complicado de bajar y poca altura. En colchones anchos no sirve.

This did not work for my mattress -- although you can adjust the height from the floor to the bottom of the mattress, you cannot adjust the height from the bottom of the mattress to the top of the bed. As a result, the railing only comes up an inch or two over the top of the bed.

Articolo ordinato il 2 dicembre 2025, risultava predisposto per la spedizione ma mai consegnato al corriere GLS. Dopo vari solleciti, a fine dicembre veniva riconosciuto lo smarrimento e mi veniva proposto il rimborso. Oggi, 31 gennaio 2026, non l' ho ancora ricevuto. E pare che non ci sia più modo di scambiare messaggi col venditore tramite il sito. Moooolto delusa!

haven't received the product, although it was ordered on November 13, so over 1 month ago. I hope I receive it and that this order isn't a dud!!!

I created an account and paid for this item online. When no delivery was made by the due date, I contacted Vevor and they attempted to track. Eventually, after several weeks they gave up tracking and gave me a partial refund for my purchase. I paid €83.99, and if so far I received €63.99. I have had no explanation for the difference in the amount paid and reimbursed. I have reached out, again, to the company for an explanation, or a full refund. I will update when I hear back.
