The hose coupling broke after a week. Vevor would not send a new hose. Just 20 bucks for my troubles. Reel seems nice but the hose is POS.
Update, after nozzle broke, hose coupling broke, now it won't retract.

First use it pulled out about 90’ and wouldn’t retract. Side popped off because of the mechanism inside was all messed up. Tried everything, called customer service, tech team couldn’t figure it out. It’s poop! Don’t buy it.

This product didn't do what it was meant to do. The prayer is of poor quality. The hose retractable system failed after 5 use.
Broke and now all hose are on the floor. Will not retract.
And return process is a nightmare

A mio avviso il prodotto potrebbe andare, solo che a volte l'automatismo del tubo non si sente scattare e bisogna provare piu volte per farlo bloccare, e la staffa di plastica cinese per fissare al muro diciamo troppo esile e troppo gioco del perno che fa incastrare il supporto a muro con lo scafandro del avvolgi tubo, per il resto ad oggi funziona...ancora non fa un mese...

Usually vevor quality is always been superb. In this case one of the main reasons for ordering this setup was that it was advertised to have brass fittings.
In reality it came with plastic fittings what usually do not last long time and start leaking. Ill need to order brass fittings separately.
Otherwise it seems to be ok. Have not tested how well it will work for longer usage as its still spring here and have had no need for watering yet.
