The front face plate comes off and center tabs break. This is a big flaw in the construction as when the hose retracts the big orange ball makes contact with this and after a couple of retractions this is what happens.
Now I never just let is retract on its own like all the videos show

Andrew Park 1/2 is horrible
Water pressure is awful at 1/2. I didn't realize it was this much of a difference from 3/4. Awful waste of money

Mounted easy. Never got to use it. Couldn’t get it to return to casing. My money was refunded. I will buy it again when the price comes down to the amount I was refunded.

Simon-Martin Lavoie Beau produit
Bon produit etant donné le prix. Par contre le boyau est trop rigide ce qui rend l’utilisation moin agréable et l’enroulement plus difficile

Reel works fine. Easy to install. Hose is too small. Not enough water flow.

J. Kauffeldt Automatik-Schlauchtrommel 40m

Hatte Probleme mit der Automatik (hat keine automatische Aufzug-
Bremse). Man sollte den Schlauch niemals unkontrolliert aufwickeln lassen. Habe den Schaden aber durch VEVOR auf Kulanz geregelt bekommen, nochmals danke.

Serg 5/8 or 1/2
ordered a 5/8 inch hose from Vevor, but received a 1/2 inch instead. The product did not match the description, so I had to contact support. To their credit, they did refund part of the cost, which was appreciated.
However, this is still an important issue. I recommend carefully checking everything you receive from Vevor before using it, as there can be mistakes in sizing or product details. Overall, customer service did respond, but accuracy in shipping needs improvement.

Melissa Bruning Plastic
When you pull the hose out most or all the way, and retract it the whole thing shakes so bad u til the pin comes out of the bottom. Have to be very careful, it’s only plastic
