Compre un producto de esta empresa a través de Walmart, y me mandaron un producto incompleto, he escrito a Walmart y a Vevor, y no han querido reenviarme otro equipo o reembolsarme lo que pague.
Sinceramente tengan mucho cuidado con lo que compran, porque no se hacen responsables, solo se pasan la bolita de uno a otro, indicando que te comuniques con el otro, y no dan solución.

This really doesn’t work well. It finds studs at times and not other. Over tried it several times when I can see a part of a stud but still it doesn’t pick it up. I’ve tried all the setting and made sure it was calibrated every time. But still not doing the job. Sad because I really like all the VEVOR products I’ve purchased.

The first package came and some of the parts were wrong so I was unable to install the rack. The support ticket and parts replacement took a month. Then when I had the correct parts and went to install it, I discovered the rack itself was twisted and one corner stood about 1c cm off the wall. I think I can install it anyway by force, but there's a QA/QC issue. UPDATE: the plastic drywall anchors they provided are junk, too. I installed one, and the bolt has no purchase. I will have to go to the hardware store and get better anchors, and repair this hole in my wall. All told, an installation job that should have taken less than one hour will have taken at least four hours counting the hardware store trip, and NOT counting time spent dealing with customer support. I can't recommend this product.
