Good product

Eigentlich eine prima Sache. Der Trolley ist praktisch und mit seinen Rädern leicht zu bewegen. Die Handpumpe funktioniert gut. Lediglich die Schlauchhalterung ist eine komplette Fehlkonstruktion. Der Schlauch ist viel zu starr um ihn so klein aufzurollen. Bei etwas stärkerer Beanspruchung beim Aufwickeln springt der Schlauchhalter aus seiner schwachen Halterung.

Den er utæt i hanen (pistolen) den er ikke til og tømme, så har benzin på gulvet og det lugter jo 😢

Fuel hose become so hard in one week it needed to be replaced. I switched out pump fitting with NPT as these connections aren't set up properly for o-rings imo. So after I added $200 in better quality Fill Rite hose, handle and swivel connection it's now ready for use.

This caddy arrived in a box with no external damage, however when I opened the box the product was severely damaged. Who ever packaged this product had to be aware of the damages but packaged and shipped it anyway. I contacted Vevor by sending pictures and at first they said a credit would be issued for $54 if I was willing to repair it myself. After sending more pictures and multiple emails they agreed to refund $159. The fuel caddy had to be completely taken apart to straighten the bracket holding the pump, bolts replaced, reinsert the pump fitting into the tank and replace the damaged hose. Good Luck if you buy one. Customer Service difficult ay best! I would add phots but this site will not allow.

The description says that it has a hand pump which is not exactly true. The hand puff Millie starts a siphoning process. As far as the gravity part goes, as long as you’re willing to lay whatever you’re putting fuel in on the ground, it would work fine. As it is, you have to have the the fuel caddy resting above the height of whatever you’re putting gas into. That means if the gas caddy is full, you have to have the 120 pounds of gasoline hoisted up onto whatever surface that would allow it to be higher than your typical 5 gallon gas can. Also, the siphon handle does not shut off. There are two small shut off valves on the end of the hose in the end of the tank where the two meat. When you turn those on or open them up, gas will flow out of that handle, whether the handle is released or not. That one caught me by surprise. And I ended up spilling a little bit of gas, at least more than I would want to, on the ground. If I had to do it all over again, I would not buy this 15 gallon caddy. I would just buy five separate 5 gallon cans.

Came with a broken power switch. Still waiting on the replacement switch. It’s been a few weeks. Haven’t been able to use the product yet as a result of the broken power switch.

Great product that works beautifully other than the cheap hose the cracked and started leaking the first week I owned it

Absolute junk. Never worked from taking it out of the box. Worst customer experience of my life. So difficult to deal with . Emails only, no phone calls at all. They ask for a video in one format and the pictures in another format, anything to make process difficult.Now they want a different size photo that what I sent in earlier. What is there to video, product doesn't work ! Still waiting for replacement Parts as of today. Why not send me a complete functioning new unit ? Oh,its Chinese New Year, parts delayed they tell me. Been over a month since I took delivery and still can't use the product I paid almost $500 for. Hell I could have drove to Toronto where they say the warehouse is and picked up another pump. Horrible customer service. I will never purchase anything more fro Vevor and will be sure to let everyone who asks about this product. Stay away !!! This product review will probably never make it public because it's so negative. See what happens. JUNK

Don’t buy, pump only lasted about 20 minutes, emptied about half of tank then burnt up. Haven’t gotten answer yet as to whether or not they are sending me another one.
