We haven't installed it yet (still working on the reno) but it seems like decent quality. The only issue is that the product was wet when it arrived, there was water in the lines. So not sure if this was a used return that I received? I hope it works.

Absolute trash! I had this installed for my new bathroom renovation, after install, some of the buttons would stick resulting in the water to kick on randomly. After a couple weeks the shower unit came on and would not turn off at all. I had to hire an emergency plumber to come to my home and install water shut off valves for my bathroom so I can use the rest of the house until I can get this fixed. Now, I need to tear this trash out and install a quality unit. Vevor customer service has not assisted with this so I'm out $300 for the unit and nearly $1000 for plumbing costs. Do not buy!

So we put this thing in and the buttons are a pain. They hardly ever work. They get stuck in the off position and you have to keep pushing them to get them to work. The problem is we retiled around this thing so, we're kind of stuck with it. We bought two just to have a backup if this thing fails. All in all, a don't buy!
