Envoi rapide et emballage au top comme souvent avec les produits vendus par Vevor. La machine fonctionne très bien et elle est moins bruyante que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Toutefois, je suis très déçu de la capacité réelle de cette sorbetière, car partout il est indiqué 1 litre, que ce soit sur l'emballage ou sur la présentation sur le site, mais quand on lit le mode d'emploi, il est indiqué de ne pas dépasser la ligne indiquée MAX dans le récipient et donc la quantité de produit que l'on peut turbiner ne dépasse pas les 450 ml, ce qui est bien en deçà du litre que l'on nous a fait miroiter. Si cette promesse correspond au résultat (la glace prenant du volume en turbinant), cela devrait être spécifié. De plus, en général, un volume est indiqué en cm3/dm3/m3 et non pas en litre, qui est, le plus souvent, une mesure pour des liquides. Mon évaluation finale de trois * reflète ma déception à ce sujet.

if you're hoping for hard ice cream look elsewhere. it makes frozen yogurt or sorbet easily but ice cream never get firm enough. i had to place in freezer for a few hours before it got to the "ice cream" stage

Macchina regolarmente ricevuta nei tempi previsti. Non ancora messa in funzione in quanto non vi sono indicazioni in tal senso. Manca un ricettario e questo lo trovo molto negativo. La macchina è mancante di elementi essenziali di istruzione sul funzionamento. Considerando il costo non propriamente economico si pretende la presenza di indicazioni in merito. Altro aspetto non trascurabile la lingua Italiana non viene proprio considerata. Perché? Gradirei avere spiegazioni in merito. Grazie

It is good for one time per day not more and for gelato

I love the VEVOR Upright Automatic Ice Cream Maker with Built-in Compressor, 2 Quart No Pre-freezing, but this is the second product that I ordered that came with DHL and up to a week late with delivery. I will not purchase anything else if they are using DHL.

Dit product voldoet NIET aan de verwachtingen. Het ijs kristalliseerd en de textuur is niet prettig. Verder ben ik al bijna 2 weken bezig om hem retour te sturen maar Vevor blijft er maar omheen draaien. Ik ben totaal NIET tevreden over het product of de klantvriendelijkheid van Vevor.

The unit is easy to use, but after about 5 batches, the gears are starting to skip when the ice cream reaches its intended hardness. With the first few batches, the unit stopped as intended when the hardness was reached, but now the gears have started to skip. I have to be nearby to press the stop button once the gears begin skipping. I was so hoping this unit would be a long term purchase. Debating on requesting a replacement or just sending back for credit.

Never received- Terrible communication- message only. They do nothing to support customer. They tried to claim it was delivered
