if you're hoping for hard ice cream look elsewhere. it makes frozen yogurt or sorbet easily but ice cream never get firm enough. i had to place in freezer for a few hours before it got to the "ice cream" stage

Macchina regolarmente ricevuta nei tempi previsti. Non ancora messa in funzione in quanto non vi sono indicazioni in tal senso. Manca un ricettario e questo lo trovo molto negativo. La macchina è mancante di elementi essenziali di istruzione sul funzionamento. Considerando il costo non propriamente economico si pretende la presenza di indicazioni in merito. Altro aspetto non trascurabile la lingua Italiana non viene proprio considerata. Perché?
Gradirei avere spiegazioni in merito. Grazie

La gelatiera ha funzionato le prime 5/6 volte, poi ha iniziato a bloccarsi appena il gelato inizia ad addensarsi ovvero dopo circa 20 minuti dall'avvio (per fare il gelato ne servono 45). Richiesta assistenza il 24/04 con video del problema. ASSISTENZA INESISTENTE. ABBIAMO RICEVUTO SOLO MAIL STANDARD GENERATE DA INTELLIGENZA ARTIFICIALE. Continuerò a scrivere ma mi sto rassegnando all'idea di avere buttato dalla finestra 150 euro. STATE ALLA LARGA.

Ranglee Poor shipping with DHL
I love the VEVOR Upright Automatic Ice Cream Maker with Built-in Compressor, 2 Quart No Pre-freezing, but this is the second product that I ordered that came with DHL and up to a week late with delivery. I will not purchase anything else if they are using DHL.

Don Bailey Afraid of long-term quality
The unit is easy to use, but after about 5 batches, the gears are starting to skip when the ice cream reaches its intended hardness. With the first few batches, the unit stopped as intended when the hardness was reached, but now the gears have started to skip. I have to be nearby to press the stop button once the gears begin skipping. I was so hoping this unit would be a long term purchase. Debating on requesting a replacement or just sending back for credit.
