Easy to use, easy to clean. From unboxing, cleaning, to tasting ice cream in under an hour! 35 mins was ideal for hard ice cream. Had no issues adding chocolate chips into the hopper either. Will likely purchase another.

Great machine for my ice cream business. Will definitely recommend in the future will buy more machines

We use this at a commercial bakery and makes ice cream quick. We have made 10 batches back to back and it never slows down.

pour avoir exercé pendant 28 années dans la pâtisserie-glaces , j'ai travaillé avec des machine à glaces diverses (trittico ,carpigiani ) , A la retraite , je ne pouvais investir dans ces machine qui coûtent plus de 15 fois le prix de celle - ci et j'ai ,été agréablement surpris .Ça fonctionne très très bien .Bien sûr, manque quelques fonctions et facilités mais pour le prix , c'est formidable . J'espère quand même ne pas avoir de soucis avec .Pour l'heure ,ça me va !!.MERCI

Like the machine. Well-built and a quality piece of equipment. Louder than expected. Did gave a fine black discharge during first batches...suspect a belt/ gasket wearing in (?). Would like to be able to buy parts- the small discharge cover plate and silicon gasket. Very pleased. Do Not get the 20L/h production, but like the end product from my recipes. Would recommend this product...consider larger machine if you make several flavors at a time. Dennis Smith, Ijamsville, MD

Arrived in good shape, not a lot of parts simple to operate. Quality is good. I have not put any ice cream mix in as yet only went through the clean cycle.

This machine is very reasonably priced. Makes great ice cream! There are a few features that are not my favorite, but it does work. The screws/bolts to tighten the cover are hard to get tight enough to keep ice cream mix from dripping without stripping the threads on the screws. Also, the center of the cover allows ice cream batter to get into it but it isn’t removable for cleaning, so is a bad area for harboring bacteria. The screws that hold the stainless tray beneath the ice cream spigot stripped out on the first day of use, so we’ve been using without that tray/chute. Makes ice cream in 25 minutes and can make batch after batch continuously which is great.

Je viens d'utiliser cette machine pour la première fois. Le temps me paret trop long , pour faire un sorbet . La machine à mi plus de 40 minutes et la texture n'est pas la même Je doit voir avec de la glace . Sinon je suis déçu

quand le produit est fini , difficulté a le faire sortir et obligé de démonter tout pour vider . vraiment pas pratique un peu de regret de l'achat, dommage
