It's been 2 weeks since I've been using the device. So far it has worked correctly, maybe I had higher expectations but I can't complain for the price. I had to watch videos on youtube for the correct use of the equipment since the manuals are very basic, and you need a medium technical level to understand them. The tray did not come with a drainer and I have some uncertainty if I will be able to get spare parts for the equipment if something stops working

Wir haben die Maschine nun ein paar Mal im Einsatz gehabt und konnten gutes Softeis erzeugen. Nicht jedes Kombination aus Eispulver und bspw. Milch funktioniert wirklich gut. Wenn die Rohmasse zu zähflüssig ist, kann die Maschine sie zwar gefrieren aber nicht mehr zum Spender befördern. Darüber hinaus ist die Maschine relativ laut und der Stromverbrauch ist mit ihren 2,6KW auch nicht zu verachten. Eine Kabeltrommel mit 3x1,5qmm Leitung brachte sie mehrmals zum Auslösen der Bi-Metall Sicherung. Die Verarbeitung ist solide. Die Folie zu entfernen, aus all den Ausschnitten war allerdings sehr nervig und zeitaufwendig.

Man muss die Leistung immer in Relation zum Preis stellen, und ja, die Maschine macht Softeis. Sie schafft aber nicht im Ansatz die versprochenen Werte und Stundenleistungen, maximal 30-35% sind realistisch. Außerdem ist die Maschine sehr laut und enorm schwer.

Après réception de ma commande la machine ne fonctionnait pas du tout mais le remboursement a était fait rapidement avec succès je recommande le site car beaucoup de réactivité et de professionnalisme merci

Bonjour Je ne comprend pas mais la machine se met régulièrement en défaut S’arrête et sonne Je trouve un peu léger les explications pour le fonctionnement t heureusement qu’il y a internet !

all'interno del cilindro, sembra essersi formata della ruggine....dal colore almeno cosi sembrerebbe . Mi fa strano ,perchè dovrebbe essere in acciaio ,visto che è a contatto con liquidi alimentari. Poi in seguito inserirò foto a riguardo

So we poured 350 cones, the hardnest has to be set at 7 max or it freezes up. I bough containers so I could freeze them once poured. It's fun and the grandkids love it but it needs work. You can make a stiffer cone but using more water but then you lose flavour . The 100% gage is complicated to understand since you can pour at 30% and it drops very fast from 100 to 0. Somebody has to write a better manual for this machine.

Las instrucciones es imposible recibirlas en español. He escrito a la empresa y me han contestado que no disponen de ellas en español. Con lo cual…no sé si puedo dejar la máquina cargada por la noche con helado, cuánto dura, qué significa puff…un desastre. Por teléfono no he conseguido que nadie me atienda. No volvería a comprar absolutamente nada de esta empresa

Loved the machine. But the screen was broken and the side was dented. Waiting for a replacement
