Excelente congela súper rápido

My wife has many ice cream machines some much more expensive than this unit (we collect memories), most of which are trash in my opinion this one though beat all expectations, plus its not too heavy and fits right on the counter very easy to clean and isn't an eye sore

Started making sugar free ice cream several months ago when diagnosed as prediabetic. Started with a stand mixer kit with the frozen bowl. Worked fine for small batches. Watched videos with ice cream machines and knew I needed an upgrade. Chose the Vevor because of a review from Polar Ice Creamery's Youtube channel. Nick gave it a thumbs up and appreciated the cooling first feature. Christmas was a good excuse for getting one coming. It was packaged well and arrived unharmed. Instructions were unnecessary because the video had explained all. I found it worked really well, getting a mix down to 16F before being too thick for the motor. That is 3 degrees colder than I could achieve with the stand mixer kit. Now I can crank out batch after batch without having to wait several hours for the bowl to refreeze. The Vevor Ice Cream Machine is exactly what I needed.

Works great easy to use ! Makes approximately 4.5 cups after mixing ! Keep looking for the right mix !

We received the ice cream maker a couple weeks ago and it's just been sitting in the box on the kitchen floor. I finally looked up an easy recipe, picked up a quart of half and half and gave it a go. It came out pretty darn good for a first attempt. I'm looking forward to experimenting and seeing what we can come up with. What I really like - we used four simple ingredients, no chemicals or other junk you see in the store and major brands. The extra also froze and kept nicely in our freezer afterwards. A word of wisdom - try figuring out portion sizes before making a batch. The instructions say not go above 1/2 full in the tub with your ingredients. I would say even less than that - 1/3 will likely give a full tub after an hour of mixing. The longer you let it run, the more it's going to expand. I had to turn it off at about 40 or 45 minutes because I put the entire quart of half and half in and it began to hit the lid. So again, stay below 1/2 full in the tub with your ingredients.

I had low expectations for the price, but have been blown away at how easy this is to use. In an hour, with no pre-freezing, I have ice cream. The best and easiest recipe for this machine is: 2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup half n half, and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Wish I had bought the one that makes yogurt.

Exceptional in every way.
